Technical first, content second
There's no point writing articles if Google can't crawl your site or it loads in 6 seconds on mobile. Start from the bottom up.
- The site loads in under 2.5 seconds on mobile (Core Web Vitals)
- Every page has a unique title and description
- Only one H1 per page, with a clear hierarchy beneath it
- robots.txt and sitemap.xml exist and are submitted in Search Console
- No broken links or redirect chains
- HTTPS and correct canonical URLs
Content that brings enquiries
Most Bulgarian websites write about themselves. Content that wins answers the question a customer types into Google the moment they have a problem.
- A separate page for each service, not one combined page
- Articles that answer real questions with prices and timelines
- Internal links from articles to the service pages
- Case studies with concrete numbers
Local SEO is the most underrated
For a business that serves a specific city, a completed Google Business Profile brings more calls than the first three blog articles. It takes one afternoon and it's free.
- Google Business Profile with an accurate address, hours and photos
- Identical business details across every directory
- Actively collecting reviews from real customers
